The hotel offers nice and clean rooms, spacious and updated with a huge shower and a fantastic rain showerhead. However, the absence of hot water in the sink or shower was a letdown. The service was quick and friendly, and the dining options were varied and enjoyed. Despite some dirty looking areas in the location, the hotel is suitable for a visit, especially for those interested in visiting nearby attractions like Harris Casino. The facilities were well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall.
The hotel was a mixed bag with nice rooms but needing attention from maintenance. The service was a blend of very nice check-in experiences and rude encounters. The location was convenient, not far from stores, but in the High Roller area. The dining options were satisfactory, varying from deli to buffets. Although the rooms were nice, there were cleanliness issues and some facilities were lacking maintenance.
My stay at the hotel was overall very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were a few issues like the smell of smoke throughout the property. The service was excellent but had a couple of rude encounters. The location was great for our needs, although it could have turned sour quickly. The dining options were good with plenty of choices. The facilities were clean and fresh but had some maintenance issues.
